Yea I read about that a while ago, sometimes it wont even give out the purple if someones still in the chest/chin holding it. You can't loot them cause someone else won the roll, but not everyone checks to see if they received what they won.

Its a problem with Enjin reading the WoW armory, others had problems too. Its setup so if you have a toon in guild thats linked to your Enjin account you get access. Lokki made a post about it and sent a ticket into them. He said they seemed to fix it, and he then moved that post into the restricted area otherwise I'd link ya to it.
